Fully assembled and tested board.

new to this version:
- Fuse on power input
- Protection diode on 5V power rail
- replaced TRS audio connectors by TRRS with video output
- improved compatibility with wireless sega gamepads - 3.3V power replaced by 5V
- ability to simultaneously install the power/reset keys together with the connectors
- jumper for wiring minidin-9 pin 4 with composite or sync output for compatibility with dirty scart cables
