Buffered joystick interface for Atari standard joysticks to be used with the Commodore C16, C116 or Plus/4 models.

Based on the work by Levente Hársfalvi http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/documents/projects/interfaces/plus4joy/plus4joy.html

Unlike cheap adapters this will not risk damaging the TED chip and has selectable pull up and 5V delivery jumpers.
