This is a two PCB set to build a keyboard for use with a Tynemouth Software Minstrel 3 computer or other ZX80/ZX81 style project.
The base PCB is the same width as the Minstrel 3 and ZX81 PCBs. Forty 6mmx6mm tact switches need to be inserted into this. The switched should be 7mm high (e.g. TE Connectivity 1-1825910-0). These will poke through the overlay, which should be mounted with 4mm spacers.
They are wired in a 5x8 matrix in the same style as the ZX80 and ZX81 (note the ZX Spectrum and Juipter Ace have slightly different layout)
This auction is for a green keyboard base PCB and green overlay PCB only with ZX81 / ZX80 8K BASIC keywords. The photos show some other versions, just to see the generate construction options. (see a separate listing for the green base PCB with no overlay or the green / white with 8K keywords or blue / blue with ZX80 4K keywords)
